28 Nov 1836 - Satisfactory evidence has been admitted to the Court by the oaths of Asa Freeman that Robert Winsett of Fayette County, Tennessee, Lillian Hotton formerly Lillian Winsett of the state of Mississippi, Hanna Taylor formerly Hannah Winsett, Elijah D. Winsett, Elvy Winsett, Mary Winsett, Sally Winsett, Polly Winsett, James Winsett, John Winsett, William Winsett, Newton Winsett & David Winsett, of Williamson County Tennessee are children and lawful heirs of Amos Winsett deceased who was a son and lawful heir of Robert Winsett deceased, that William Winsett deceased, John Winsett deceased, and Asa (Amos?) Winsett deceased, were sons and lawful heirs of Robert Winsett deceased. That Silas Winsett and Jason Winsett both of Williamson County Tennessee are also children and heirs at law of Robert Winsett deceased. (Else Winsett, son of Robert not mentioned)

Ordered therefore that the same be put upon the minutes of this Court and that Silas and Jason Winsett pay the amt therefore.
