Notice - The subscriber having qualified as administrator on the Estate of John McKinne dec'd will sell at six months credit all the perishable property consisting of horses, hogs, cattle, corn and fodder, house hold and kitchen furniture, utensils and other articles too tedious to mention on the 20 day of December next at the residence of said deceased. The subscriber having qualified and taken letters of administration on the estate of John McKinne dec'd hereby gives notice to all persons having demands against the said estate to present them for payment within the time required by law otherwise this notice will be plead in leu of recovery. Nov. 19th 1839. John Everett, Adm.

This day appeared before me a Justice of the Peace of the county of Wayne John Becton, who after having been duly sworn deposith and saith that he saw a copy of the advertisement put up at the court house door and two other publick places viz Martins Depot and Goldsboro and that the same was put up twenty days before the sale of property. Account of Sales of the property of John McKinne Dec'd sold the 20th of December 1839 at six months credit by John Everett Adm. Recorded Feb'y Court 1840. Buyers were the Widow, James Herring, William Thompson, William McKinne, William Carraway, Richard Casey, Hepsey McKinne, Bryan McKinne, R. W. Best, Elizabeth Hopton, Richard Langston and David B. Everett.
