Zilphy stated she was a widow of William Caisy who died intestate, that Micajah Caisy has at this term administered upon his estate, that he died seized and possessed of 600 acres of land ajoining the lands of William Smith, J. B. Crawford and Henry Smith. She asked the court if it will cause to be issued their writ to the Sheriff commanding him to summon 12 freeholders unconnected with the parties to go upon the premises and give her one third part of said lands as a dower.
