In obedience to an order issued from the county we the undersigned commissioners qualified by Sheriff William Thompson Sheriff of said county have divided the lands of William Casey Dec'd among all his lawful heirs as follows:

Lot No 1 of 54 acres drawn by John Casey and land adjacent to William Smith's line, corner on the page old field, east prong of Plank Branch and Thompson's line.

Lot No 2 drawn by Alexander Casey adjacent to William Smith's line, John Casey's corner, Cotton Patch Branch, east prong of Plank Branch containing 50 acres.

Lot No 3 drawn by Micajah Casey adjacent to William Smith's line, Alexander Casey's corner, run of Plank Branch, Cotton Path Branch and containing 54 acres.

Lot No 4 drawn by Matthew Casey adjacent to William Smith's line, Micajah Casey's corner, run of Bear Creek and containing 60 acres.

Lot No 5 drawn by Barnabas Casey adjacent to Wm Smith's line, Matthew Casey's corner, east run of Bare Creek and containing 54 acres.

Lot No 6 drawn by Wright Casey adjacent to Wm Smith's line, Barna Casey's corner, run of Bare Creek and containing 52 acres.

Lot No 7 drawn by Hepsey Casey adjacent to William Smith's line, south side of the new road, run of Bare Creek, Wright Casey's line and containing 56 acres.

Lot No 8 drawn by Susan Casey adjacent to William Smith's line, south side of the new road, Hepsey Casey's corner, run of Bare Creek and containing 57 acres.

Lot No 9 drawn by Reubin Casey adjacent to James Parkes line, run of Bare Creek, Susan Casey's line and containing 56 acres.

Lot No 10 drawn by Martha Ann Casey adjacent to James Parkes line, west prong of the Big Branch, run of Bare Creek, Reubin Casey's line. One other tract adjacent to William Smith's line, Reubin Casey's corner and both tracts containing 56 acres.
