The Historical Genealogy Department of the Allen County Public Library houses thousands of periodicals. For more than six years, the library and its foundation have endeavored to acquire a comprehensive collection of North American historical and genealogical periodicals and further, to provide subject access to those materials. The Periodical Source Index (PERSI) is the product of our efforts. We are pleased to be able to provide copies of articles referenced in PERSI.
